• We offer express international shipping with DHL Express.
• Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
• International orders may take between 4 to 10 days for delivery depending on location and time. If you have not received your order 14 days from dispatch date, please contact us at shop@nadazeineh.com and we will assist you.
• Local delivery times may vary depending on the location, but typically take between 3-7 business days.
• Delivery fees are $3 for all orders in Lebanon.
• Orders above $250 will benefit from free local shipping.
• Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
• We are not responsible for any customs charges that may arise from the shipment. As they are determined at each customs location, we cannot advise on the amounts since they vary from one destination to another.

Returns

• We accept only local returns, within 7 days of delivery for exchange only.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
• To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team at shop@nadazeineh.com
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange will be processed.
• If the item is not in its original condition, Nada Zeineh's reserves the right to reject the return.

If you receive your item damaged or faulty, please contact us at shop@nadazeineh.com with a picture of the item in it's packaging. We will look into the order and help you exchange the item.
